The organic cotton feels substantial without being stiff, and the little blue flowers are printed so crisply you'd swear they were painted by hand. Those four pleats on either side of the button placket give it a lovely bit of movement, way nicer than a plain flat front.
The ladder lace insert down the front is such a delicate touch, and the four pleats give it a bit of shape instead of hanging flat. Wore it to lunch and got asked where it was from twice.
The little blue flowers on the écru background are even prettier in person, and the ladder lace insert down the front gives it a nice vintage touch. The four pleats beside the button placket keep it from looking flat when tucked in.
