I wore this for a full day at the office and the ecru cotton stayed crisp, no wrinkling at the elbows at all. The herringbone weave has this subtle satin-and-matte contrast that catches light nicely, and the two pleats give it a bit of shape without feeling stiff.
The cross-stitch flower embroidery is genuinely lovely up close, and the two pleats give it just enough shape without feeling stiff. Wore it to work with dark jeans and got asked where it was from twice. The chevron weave has a subtle satin sheen that photos don't really capture.
I was worried the ecru cotton would look plain, but the chevron weave has this subtle sheen where the satin threads catch the light. The cross-stitch flower garland along the collar is done by hand and you can tell. Wore it to work with high-waisted trousers and got three compliments before lunch.
